The  Ready-To-Wear Weighted Vest is made of cotton or a poly cotton blend. Each vest has four pockets sewn inside the vest lining for weight distribution, and are designed to be used with wafer weights, not visible on the outside of the vest. The vest is made to open on the sides with Velcro closure for ease of dress.
